Clyde E. Shelley Jr., Owner and CEO of Shelley Group and Associates, LLC, (SGA) is a proven operator in the world of investigation, security, and protection. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field.

Mr. Shelley served as the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Dallas Division, where he oversaw all enforcement operations throughout Northern Texas (121 Counties) and the entire state of Oklahoma.

Mr. Shelley began his law enforcement career as a State Narcotics Agent with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics. He then joined the DEA as a Special Agent and was assigned to the Washington, D.C. Division, where he worked for 11 years conducting domestic and international investigations into transnational drug trafficking organizations.

He held several key promotions within the DEA, such as Staff Coordinator of Operations Management, Associate Deputy Chief Inspector of the Office of Professional Responsibility (Internal Affairs), Assistant Deputy Chief Inspector of Internal Affairs and Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Atlanta Division, before being appointed as Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas Division.

Mr. Shelley also served as a Contract Personnel Security Specialist, Background Adjudicator for the Federal Bureau of Investigations before founding SGA in 2022.
